![]() ![]() So it was crystal clear what needed to be done. Having tried traveling with my ceramic scuttle in the past, I found that never ended well, or it ended up taking up way to much room in my carry on.and became a major source of anxiety I just didn't need. You see, I really wanted to create a durable but lightweight scuttle that could perform as well as my ceramic scuttle, if not better. I have also wowed and amazed many a gent at the gym while shaving with this bad boy! The uses and possibilities are endless and need not be limited just for travel. It's really perfect for any household where children are on the prowl or for shower shavers! It is also great for special needs and elderly shavers being lighter than ceramic and shatterproof. I truly believe this baby will up your travel shave game if not up your home shave game too, if you decide to use it daily.which you just might! So to be honest, this was more for me than you.but its a win, win all around now that this awesome little piece of Modern Shave Tech is done! I find I get the best shaves of my life when using a hot lather, I also find when I'm on the road traveling, I get really crappy shaves.which is often embarrassing because I am typically on route to a shave meet up! sigh. This really was a labor of love my friends and I doubt anyone else would have put up with all the setbacks we experienced, lol. That's right folks, this is truly a historical moment, this is The Worlds first, True Travel Friendly Scuttle! I believe this is the reason no one, until now, has released a shatterproof scuttle. I went through 3 different manufacturers who all claimed they could do the job when in reality, none could.except the last one, and that only came with A LOT of trial and error on my dime. ![]() There were soooooo many road bumps when trying to develop this, I kid you not. NOTHING gives me more pleasure than to finally introduce you to something I have been working on for almost 2 solid years, The Phoenix Shaving Travel Scuttle! (This is not an exaggeration.) ~ 1 Planet Phoenix Travel Soap & Reusable Jar Are you or someone you love "Ceramically Challenged"? Van Gogh lovers may be reminded of the deep, rich, turbulent hues in Starry Night! I mean, art & shaving is practically the same thing, no? A favorite of many notable artists and the first stable and relatively lightfast blue pigment to be widely used following the loss of knowledge regarding the synthesis of Egyptian blue. Blue was by far the color that was requested most - So blue it is my friends, blue it is. The biggest request was color.įirst off, people preferred a darker color which made it easier to see lather production. Over the last year we have really picked our customers brains in regards to our Travel Scuttle and what tweaks they'd like to see. ![]() You can actually see the detail of the razor it's so bright! That said, this is just a cool novelty feature, please don't attempt shaving in the dark.Have Scuttle, Will Travel! El Fantasma glows like 5 green suns in fact. I knew if I was going to make a Glow product it was going to shine like the sun! After 5 different prototypes, I was satisfied. My only problem with them usually is the dim weakness of the glow. It's like they were made for another dimension yet here they are here in ours. Like most, I think Glow In The Dark products are just super cool, and they are also ultra retro sci-fi. While I absolutely love bakelite (it may be my spirit animal) ABS might just be the better option! But more importantly, It GLOWS!!!!Įl Fantasma is an homage to The Vintage, 1930s FASAN Double Slant Safety Razor! That's right, it's even more "twisted" than its bakelite brother! What could be more fitting when going for a spooky Halloween theme, right? Next, we opted to give ABS a go rather than bakelite this time around. ![]() The World's First Halloween Themed Razor!īOOM! Introducing El Fantasma, razor 1 in our Monster Slant Series! Yes, it is a slant razor and yes, it is an open comb. ![]()
